Our Clean, Green Process

Reusing filters in a effort to Reduce the amount of landfill waste generated by Industial and Commercial equipment is one of the primary goals of New Way Filter Cleaning.

Our environmentally friendly cleaning method reduces the amount of water and fossil fuels over other cleaning services.

We remove a large precentage of contaminants before the filter touches water using a pressurised air and dust extraction apparatus.

The filter is then soaked in a cold water soak tank to loosen contaminants and allow large particulate matter to settle.

The filter then goes through a Hot-Water Soaping process in which contaminant is loosened and removed while an Environmentally Friendly soap is injected into the filter media. This is the only hot-water process in our method, and is heated using an on-demand hot water system reducing required fossil fuels.

The filter is then mechanically rinsed using medium pressure water jets to remove all remaining contaminant and soap. The time spent during rinse is carefully controlled to minimize the rinse water required while removing all the contaminant.

The filters are then placed in a dryer to remove all moisture as temperatures that do not damage the adhesives in the filter. The filters are inspected for pinholes, tears, weaknesses, or any structural damage manually using a high-intensity halogen lamp inside the filter. Damaged gaskets and seals are repaired free of charge, and are then packaged for your pickup or delivery

There is no charge for rejected filters, and they can either be returned to you or left with us for disposal.

Filtration effectiveness is returned to factory specifications.
