Our revolutionary procedure as developed by Donaldson Filtration Solutions allows us to renew industrial DPF and DOC units to effectively new operation levels.

While we are excited at the new business opportunities this system prevents, we are even happier about the positive environmental impact this service will provide.

DPF and DOC filters are essential to reducing diesel emissions to levels accepted worldwide. Canadian provinces as well as nearly all states require functioning DPF systems to be installed on all commercial trucks. 

Unfortunately, as the filters become fouled, they reduce engine performance and replacement units are costly. Replacements can cost upwards of $2000.

This has resulted in numerous mechanics and trucking outfits eliminating the DPF in a procedure known as a DPF Delete. This procedure results in a piece of equipment that no longer meets current emissions standards, and is damaging to our environment. Furthermore, the materials used in these filters are not environmentally friendly.

Our new service enables clients to send their DPF and DOC filters in, and receive a cleaned filter ready for installation with next-day turn-around time.
